An idea...

As human beings, we contain both logic and emotion, right? Emotion can be either positive (happiness) or negative (sadness). I propose that we completely replace negative emotion with logic, while allowing positive emotion to affect us as it normally would. This combination of logic and positive emotion seems to me the best way to live in an unideal world.

At present I'm not sure how to do this, but I'll let you know if I figure it out.
